PROFILE
Are you interested in starting up your own innovative venture to create, market, or distribute cultural or creative products or services? Do you have an amazing idea that could change existing practices in these industries or create new ones? Are you interested in addressing societal challenges related to education, art, culture, physical wellness, industrial and product design, etc. using your creativity and ICTs? For example, do you have an idea for encouraging the take up of frugal innovations in these areas using technology? If so, enrol in the Syros Island Summer Academy in Greece to gain a solid and hands-on introduction to entrepreneurial action in technology driven innovations in the cultural and creative industries. You will get knowledge and skills that you can immediately apply in starting up your business idea, using the lean start up process. This Summer Academy will include topics such as business model generation, design thinking, business modelling skills, financing processes, protecting your intellectual property and commercialization strategies.
