The class focuses on the timeless approach of curatorial practice in relation with the modern Museums, the heterogeneity of the exhibit as a cultural product and the international developments in the art world concerning the exhibition design.
We will explore the spatial and conceptual conditions that define and compose the creation of an integrated exhibition, through various spatial design approaches. Each proposal must define the conceptual formation, the identification of the exhibits and the cultural contexts that include.
The Rector's building of the NTUA will be the common spatial framework and each student will gather, organize and simulate with contemporary representational methods a complete exhibition proposal
