Comprehensive introduction to Greek architecture can help students who join the School of Athens under the Erasmus exchange program to understand the cultural context of their studies and to come into cognitive and empirical contact with their urban and architectural environment The starting point in this course will be the historical and cultural elements that make up the Greek space, but emphasis will be placed on the city and the architecture of Athens. The aim is to familiarize with the complex environment of the city in ways that can contribute to the understanding of its historical stratification, the reading of the modern urban and architectural identity and the critical perception of its space.
