The course aims at introducing students to francophone scientific environments. Specifically, students are familiarized with selected Francophone bibliography, scientific readings and study material found in authentic sources (university textbooks, articles, dictionaries and other academic papers and journals). In addition, students are involved in a number of complementary activities in order to correspond to their overall academic needs (study abroad through the Erasmus program for postgraduate or doctoral studies in Francophone countries, participation in conferences, seminars and meetings conducted in French language). The course is supported by the instructor’s appropriate didactic material which includes selected readings and “My Courses” NTUA platform of asynchronous tele-education.
